Unchained
Ministries, Inc. began as a ministry to youth on the
streets of Jasonville, Indiana in 1968. When some
of the boys got into trouble with the law and were
sent to jail, Carl began visiting them in jail.
Unaware that God was calling forth a ministry to
prisoners.
Today, Unchained
Ministries, Inc. is an interdenominational non profit
Christian organization accepted in all of the major
prisons in Indiana as well as many county jails.
Our focus for
ministry to prisoners is by going inside a
correctional facility to lift up Jesus Christ
through preaching, singing, and testimonies, and to
minister to their families whenever possible.

Unchained Ministries,
Inc. also goes into county jails, and juvenile
centers for visits and services.
Unchained Ministries,
Inc. also has a chapter in Illinois around the
Galesburg area, and also a chapter in Ireland which
expands to Scotland and Europe.
It was also in Carl's
passion to reach out to the local members of Cloven
Hoofs Motorcycle club in those early years. So Carl
began to pray that God would open the door and He
Did!
In 1978, Larry
Mitchell, from Ellettsville, Indiana ( who had been
president of that club ) gave his heart and life to
Jesus Christ! In 1983 Larry was invited to join the
Ministry.
After several years
working in the prisons, jails, and streets...
several bikers were coming to the saving Grace of
the Lord Jesus Christ and joining the ministry...
So, in May of 1988, Carl. Larry and three other
brothers formed an outreach of Unchained Ministries,
Inc. hence.

How awesome it
was to have the
Gang come and do
a night at our
revival here at
The Fellowship.
We truly had a
great time in
the Lord. The
worship was a
blessing and
brother Cody
preached a good
word. George
(Midget) shared
some with the
folks about some
of what the Gang
was involved in,
and Darrin also
shared some of
his testimony
with us. How
cool is it to
see the power of
our God change
our lives. I
believe the best
part of the
night is when I
actually had the
opportunity to
have all the
Indy chapter
come forth for a
good ole laying
on of hands and
prayer. Seems
like we all get
so busy
ministering to
others that we
hardly ever have
the chance to
pray for one
another. How
awesome it is
when brothers
and sisters in
Christ come
together as one.
I love serving
the Lord and I
feel it a honor
to be a small
part of this
ministry. Please
con time to pray
for all the
chapters, and
for the
leadership of
